What is GPS tracking
GPS Tracking is a process which involves the Global Positioning System (GPS) satellites to locate a given object or person. With GPS tracking, logistic or local courier companies can tag the location of every vehicle in their fleet at any given time.
TriniTracker GPS Ltd provides real time and historical position information on Google MapTM, Google EarthTM and also as various MIS reports. Once the position information is processed by our tracking device, it is transferred through GPRS to our control center. This information can then be requested from our web site and displayed on the map offering an easy way to know exactly where you, your vehicles or your people are. Using 'Fly with object' feature of Google Earth, one can get an incredible view of a moving vehicle on Google Earth satellite imagery.
The main benefit of GPS over other forms of tracking is its precision and accuracy. If you've ever lost stock to theft, or felt out of the loop with your fleet's movements, GPS might be something you should consider.

Senior analyst Patrick Connolly comments, “The overall market is forecast to grow from 33.3 million units in 2012 to 36.79 million in 2018, following a brief dip in 2013 as PND declines outweigh growth in other areas. Total revenues will undergo a brief period of fluctuation from 2013 to 2015, before rising to $7.14 billion in 2018.”
